Amateur Radio Testing Ham radio testing takes place each second saturday of each month. Testing is at the Radcliff branch of the Hardin County libary accross form North Hardin High School.Testing starts at 10:00am registration starts at 9:30 am. You must bring a photo ID, Copy of your currant license or certificate of successful completion. Testing fees are $6.25please bring correct change.
