Deadline is
Oct 15, Nov 19, Dec 10, Jan 14, Feb 10.
Laser copies are acceptable. Emailed photos are acceptable (please add an additional $2 for professional printing of an emailed photo).
Any
photos sent overnight through the U.S. Mail as Express MUST have the waiver of
signature block marked. Photos should not
be sent Priority with delivery confirmation unless they are sent well ahead of the
deadline as there is no one to sign for the photos during the day. I must pick them up on Saturday.
Entry fee includes regular mail return shipping/handling/insurance (up to $50). If additional insurance is required, please annotate and include $3 for each $100 in additional insurance requested. Age is as of Mar 1, 2009.
If you need your photos returned to you overnight, please send $15 to cover the additional shipping/handling. Indicate what day you need the photos by.
