CRUISE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (effective 8/28/03):

Payment - A deposit of $200.00 per person in required to secure confirmed accommodations. Balance is payable no later than 60 days before departure.

Cancellation - Cancellations will be charged $50.00 up to 45 days prior to departure for processing plus any cancellation fees imposed by our carriers, cruise line, or any other tour operator, etc. If cancellation is due to death or illness in the immediate family, a doctor's statement must accompany cancellation notice to receive refund. No refund will be made in the event of a "no show" or trip interruption. All cancellations must be in writing to our office.

Insurance - We strongly suggest that you carry accident, baggage, and trip cancellation insurance. Policies are available through the link or World Wide Christian Tours.

Fare Excludes - Roundtrip air from passenger departure cities to cruise port, personal services, guided shore excursions, shop purchases, ship-to-shore telephone calls, medical examinations, photos taken by the ship's photographer, port charges, bar drinks, beverages not part of the regular menu, personal gratuities (waiter, guide, etc....tipping is expected & can be prepaid at beginning of cruise) and accommodations & meals on land unless so noted in itinerary.

Responsibility - WWCT, the presenter and/or its agents shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity that may be occasioned with by reason or defect in any vehicle or through acts of default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger, or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour, or otherwise in connection therewith, or of any hotel proprietor or servant. Such conveying, etc., is subject to the laws of the country where the conveying, etc. is provided. The additional expenses due to delay or changes in transportation company services, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine or other causes. All such losses or expenses must be borne by the passengers. The right is reserved to decline to accept of retain any person as a member of the tour (before or after tour) or to cancel the tour if circumstances require it. No refund shall be made for less than two concurrent days absence from the party. The amount of refund will represent only the amount saved from the operating company. Refunds for unused steamer, rail or tickets can only be made in accordance with the carriers' regulations.


TRAVEL INFORMATION:

Medical Services - A qualified physician is on board throughout cruise. He is not an employee of the cruise line and charges for his services.

Valuables - Fragile articles and valuables should be carried on and off the ships by the passengers them- selves. Safety deposit boxes are available free of charge at the Purser's Office.

Personal Funds - It is recommended that passengers carry traveler's checks, credit cards and/or U.S. currency in small denominations. Personal checks cannot be cashed aboard ship.

Payment For Services On Board - Purchases/payments for services can be made by cash, traveler's checks or credit cards (Visa, Discover, MasterCard or American Express).

Physical Disability - If you have a physical disability that may require special attention or treatment, this must be reported to WWCT in writing at time of reservation. The cruise line reserves the right to revoke or refuse passage to anyone who is, in its sole judgment, in such physical or mental condition as to be unfit for travel or who may require care and attention beyond that which the ship can provide. Handicapped passengers must be self-sufficient and should travel with a passenger(s) who will be responsible for any assistance needed during the cruise and in the event of an emergency. WWCT or its agents cannot be responsible for any association with a passenger's handicap, relative to their ability to use facilities and in the event of an emergency. Expectant mothers must be accompanied by a medical certificate establishing her fitness to travel.

Rate Policy - The cruise line reserves the right to increase the published fares of the cruise; however, WWCT will guarantee fares for passengers under deposit before any increase. This guarantee does not include government regulated port tax charges.

Paying For Cruise - WWCT accepts payment by cash, check, money order or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover). Personal checks must be certified if payment is being made 30 days or less from departure date.
